What to expect

Your Initial Visit

First, we'll discuss what’s causing you pain or preventing you from doing what you want. Next, I’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your mobility, flexibility, and strength. Based on your unique lifestyle, together we’ll then explore how to maximize your potential and enhance your overall quality of life.

Individualized Approach

I take a holistic approach to physical therapy, understanding that each patient is different. My goal is to create a customized treatment plan that addresses not just your symptoms but also the underlying causes. No medications necessary!

Cost Transparency

Insurance companies are increasingly limiting coverage for physical therapy visits and treatments. With me, your visits are all-inclusive, meaning you pay one fixed price for whatever treatments I determine will be most beneficial for you. This approach helps you recover more quickly while keeping your overall cost of care lower.

Your treatment may include:

Education

Manual Therapies

always learning

Helping my patients understand their health is a top priority. Whether we're discussing your diagnosis, exploring sleep and stress management, or going over basic anatomy, I aim to ensure you learn something valuable at every visit.

Prescriptive Exercise

Exercises should be selected specifically for you to help you meet your goals, not just what's written in a standardized protocol or trending on social media.
